I offer my cosy and bright, 1 room apartment for a limited time: December 26th until February 6th, 2020 (6 weeks).
It is very bright (on the last floor) and quiet (in the inner house). Separate kitchen with washing machine, full size refrigerator, dishwasher. Bathroom with a bathtub.
The apartment is fully furnished: Bed, Sofa, Chairs, Tables, Wardrobe all kitchen utensils, TV - everything you may need, is here.
Size: 38 sq meters
Rent is 1,050 euro for the entire period (6 weeks), or 770 euro for 1 month.
This includes all the bills and internet. Kaution = 400 euro, which will be returned at the end of the rental.

U2 Senefelderplatz (2 stations from Alexanderplatz), M2 Knaakstrasse
This is one of the best areas of Prenzlauberg. On a quiet street, directly across from Wasserturm, many great restaurants and cafes within a 3 min walking distance, several parks, Kulturbrauerei (a complex of clubs and cultural center) - 10 min walk. Several supermarkets nearby.

Ich biete meine möblierte 1-Zimmerwohnung. Sie ist zentral gelegen direkt am Wasserturm, hell (da ganz oben) und ruhig (im Seitenflügel), separat Küche mit Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler und Bad mit Badewanne. Größe: 38 m²
Die Wohnung ist ein komplett möblierter. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Wohnen braucht: Tische, Stühle, Bett, TV, Sessel, Regale, Kommode, Besteck, Teller usw.
26. Dezember bis 6. Februar, 2020.
Die Warmmiete beträgt - 1,050 Euro für den gesamten Zeitraum (6 Wochen) oder 770 Euro pro Monat.
Alle Rechnungen und Internet inklusive. Kaution - 400 Euro

Trotzdem ruhig und grün. Direkt vor der Tür findet man viele Cafés und kulinarische Köstlichkeiten und viele kleine Läden. Ausserdem mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke, Spätkauf etc. Wasserturm direkt vor dem Haus. Mauerpark und andere Parks zu Fuß erreichbar. Kulturbrauerei - 10 min zu Fuß.
Englisch bevorzugt.
Mein Deutsch ist nicht sehr gut :)
