Die Wohnung ist ruhig im Hinterhaus im zweiten Stock gelegen. Es scheint beinah den ganzen Tag die Sonne rein, generell ist die Wohnung sehr hell. Die Wohnung ist möbliert. Sie wird nur auf befristete Zeit vermietet, allerdings möchte ich ganz ausziehen und stelle gerne einen Kontakt zum Vermieter her für eine langfristige Übername danach (hier kann ich aber natürlich nichts versprechen). Die genauen Einzugsdaten (und deshalb auch die Mietkosten) sind verhandelbar.
Dies ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung. Tiere sind ebenfalls nicht erlaubt.

The apartment is quietly located in the rear building on the second floor. The sun is shining almost all day, generally the apartment is very bright. The apartment is furnished. It is only rented for a limited time, however, I would like to move out permanently and would be happy to establish a contact to the landlord so a permanent rent can be discussed with him (of course, at this point I can't promise anything in this regard). The exact moving dates (and therefore the rental costs) are negotiable.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Animals are not allowed.
Die Wohnung ist mitten in Prenzlauer Berg gelegen, in direkter Anbindung (ca. 5 min) an M1, M12, M10 und U2. Ca. 12 Min laufen zur U8. Der Mauerpark ist etwa 7 Minuten Laufzeit entfernt, ideal für die Wochenenden und fürs Joggen, etc.,...Es gibt um die Ecke einen Rewe der bis Mitternachts geöffnet hat, sowie einen Lidl. Es gibt viele nette Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Generell ist die Nachbarschaft die perfekte Balance zwischen lebhaft und trotzdem ruhig, sauber und sicher.
The apartment is located in the middle of Prenzlauer Berg, in direct connection (about 5 minutes) to M1, M12, M10 and U2. Approximately 12 minutes walking to the U8. Mauerpark is about 7 minutes walking away, ideal for the weekends and for sporting, etc., ... There is a Rewe supermarket around the corner which is open until midnights as well as a Lidl supermarket. There are many nice bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Generally, the neighborhood is the perfect balance between lively, yet quiet, clean and safe.
