Die Wohnung ist für minimum 3 Monate unterzumieten. Sie ist im schönen Winsviertel, unterer Teil von Prenzlauer Berg also Nahe an Berlin Mitte und Alexanderplatz. Sprich die Lage ist einfach traumhaft. Ruhig aber super zentral. Viele schöne Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Die Wohnung an sich ist traumhaft: Fußbodenheizung, hell, groß, Flügel kann genutzt werden, 2 Balkone, sonnig, super isoliert. Ich suche derzeitig einen Untermieter, da ich mit meinen Freund zusammenziehe und nicht sicher bin ob ich eventuell nochmal zurückziehen will.
2 Straßenbahnen M2 und M4 sind 5 Min entfernt, U Bahn ist 7 Min zu Fuß entfernt, die Winsstr. liegt zwischen Prenzlauer Allee und Greifswalder Straße nur 1 km vom Alexanderplatz - auch hier nur 12 Min zu Fuß, mit dem Auto kommt man von hier auch über schnell gut hin. Die Wohnung ist zentral aber ruhig. Es gibt genügend Einkaufmöglichkeiten, nette Cafes und Restaurants in der Nähe.
Ein Fahrstuhl ist auch vorhanden. Bei Fragen bitte einfach melden.
