Welcome to a very cozy 1 room apartment for rent includes heating, electricity and fast DSL/WiFi connection . The apartment is fully owned by my girlfriend. She left me the apartment until next year to live in. To raise some urgent money to rescue my business under covid-19 effects, she allowed me also rent it out. The rent is rediculously cheap because of 1 time payment requested.
To get the capital I need for my business in lump sum, the apartment only attract someone who can pay all the rent at once for 12 MONTHS or longer after signing the contract. Visiting is any day, any time from 3.11.2020. Just WhatsApp me (see below).
If you feel like leaving before end of renting time, I'll refund you for the remaining months and rent it to someone else for the remainder of the time

Penny is 2 minutes away for your shopping. Also Bio shops too.
There are 3 trams 3 minutes away. The ring is 2 stations away by M2. M2 also goes straight to Alexanderplatz, Warschauer Straße. We also have M12, M13 and opposite side is more train stations under 4 minutes away. Verry well connected by quick regular transport network
