Verfügbar vom 01.06.2021 bis 31.07.2020. Ich werde den Untermieter meinem Vermieter als Nachmieter vorschlagen. Zu übernehmen ist mein Kleiderschrank, allerdings kostenlos. Die Miete entspricht der tatsächlich an meinem Vermieter gezahlten Monatsmiete.
The apartment is freshly renovated. There is a 12 sqm green and furnished terrace. New fitted kitchen. The bathroom is large and has a bathtub. Available from 01.06.2021 until 31.07.2021. I will suggest the subtenant as new tenant to the landlord. I would like to leave my wardrobe in the apartmen (for free). I will take the bed with me, but I can replace it by a bed (one person) on request. The rent corresponds to the amount I pay monthly to the landlord.
