It is time for me to leave my beautiful room and therefore I am looking for someone who will love it just like I did.
The flat is in the back house so it is super quiet at night, neighbours are quiet (no crazy party crowds in the building) and friendly.
Wifi and TV works perfectly so you can work from home without any doubt.
The two windows to the inner courtyard make the room super light (it is not too hot in summer though).
The flat is very spacious, the bathroom has a bathtub, the kitchen a dish washer and of course a washing machine.
Furniture included:
- 1,80 x 2,00 Bed
- Couch
- Table and Chairs in the kitchen
The flat is on the 5th floor without an elevator!

Leider wird es Zeit für mich mein wunderschönes Zimmer zu verlassen. Daher suche ich einen Nachmieter, der es mindestens genauso genießen wird, wie ich dort zu leben.
Das Haus ist im Hinterhof, daher merkt man nichts von der Straße. Die Nachbarschaft ist super angenehm, hatte nie Probleme auch wenn es am Wochenende mal etwas lauter wurde.
Das WLAN funktioniert in der gesamten Wohnung perfekt. Man kann daher ohne Zweifel von Zuhause aus arbeiten.
Ansonsten ist das Zimmer durch die zwei großen Fenster super hell (morgendliche Sonne), aber nicht zu heiß im Sommer.
Die Wohnung ist super geräumig, hat 1 relativ großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne, 1 Waschmaschine und eine große Küche mit Spülmaschine.
Möbel inklusive:
- 1,80 x 2,00 Bett
- Sofa
- Tisch und Stühle in der Küche
Das Apartment liegt im 5. Stock ohne Aufzug.
