Looking for a long-term flatmate for my small unfurnished bedroom (approximately 11 sq meter) in Prenzlauer Berg, near S Greifswalder Straße.

The rent will be 420€ per month with utilities included in the price.

The location is great, 10 mins by tram to Alexanderplatz, and Ringbahn station is 2 mins from the door by foot. All supermarkets/shops in the immediate vicinity. The flat is quiet and calm.

In a potential flatmate I am looking for someone who is sound in character, clear headed, and does not rely on much interaction from me.
