I am moving away from Berlin and will keep one room for occasional visits and in case I work late. My plan is to stay in the Apartment 20 to max 40% of nights.
So it won't be suitable for people looking for an active WG-life.
Looking for a quiet woman or a couple interested to stay min. 6 months. Preferrably alreay working. Non-Smoking. No drugs.
Limited term to max 1 year because I might adjust my living Situation after 12 months.
I am a calm 38 year old working woman.
Language... German, English, and a bit of French.
Rent includes all utilities incl water, heating, electricity, WiFi and GEZ. It amounts exactly to 2/3 of my living cost. (I am not making any profit here 😉)
