I am renting my flat for a period of 2 months (more precisely 8 weeks and a half). Potential extension could be discussed 2/3 weeks before the end of the lease.
Located in Gleimstrasse, 5min away from U2 metro line, close to Mauerpark, you will find a good diversity of restaurants in the street. Neighborhood is very quiet.
The apartment is fully furnished, has a separate bathroom and kitchen + 1 big room divided between living room and bedroom.
Rent is 300 euros/week warm (no hidden costs, electricity, water, heating and wifi included)
As a little bonus, I will leave you a few boxes of high-quality sicilian coffee.
