Unsere schöne sonnige Dachgeschosswohnung liegt im Zentrum Berlins. Die Wohnung liegt im Hinterhaus, hat 30 qm und liegt im 5. Stock, ist also sehr hell. Das Haus ist angenehm ruhig. Wir suchen keine Partypeople und nach Möglichkeit Nichtraucher für die Zwischenmiete.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert und mit einem Herd und einem Ofen sowie einem Kühlschrank ausgestattet.
Die unmittelbare Nachbarschaft wartet mit netten Cafés auf C und Restaurants auf.
Our beautiful apartment is located in the center of Berlin. The apartment has 30 sqm and is on the 5th floor, so it is very bright. The house is pleasantly quiet. There is a stove and oven, and a fridge. We are not looking for party people and non smokers for our subletting.
There are nice coffeeshops and restaurants in
the neighbourhood and the famous Mauerpark and other Sightseeing possibilities are very close.

Zu dem Mietpreis kommt eine Endreinigungspauschale in Höhe von 100 Euro dazu. Die Kaution wird nach der Wiederübernahme der Wohnung wieder erstattet sofern keine Schäden selbstverschuldeten entstanden sind.
