I am subletting this beautiful one room in my two room apartment for the entire period of almost 3 weeks. The Ringbahn is in immediate walking distance, as are numerous trams that take you in the direction of Alexanderplatz.
There is a separate kitchen with a table and 2 chairs, a relatively large balcony with a chamber and a bathroom with a small bathtub.
The second room will be locked.
Facilities: fully furnished, kitchen with oven, pots and pans, dishwasher, washing machine, bathtub, 90x200cm bed, bed linen, cuttlery, household and cleaning utensils, internet connection, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner.
Price: 989€ plus 500€ deposit
Die Ringbahn und die S8 sind nur 10 Geh-Minuten entfernt. Die M2 ist nur5 Minuten entfernt und bringt dich innerhalb12 Minuten zum Alexanderplatz. Die M13 Richtung Wedding oder Richtung Warschauerstraße ist ebenfalls nur 9 Geh-Minuten entfernt.

Ich suche unbedingt nach einer Person, welche die Wohnung liebevoll wie ihre/seine eigene Wohnung behandelt und keine Parties feiert. Wichtig sind vorallem die Einhaltung der Ruhezeiten (22-06)

The deposit is €500 and will be refunded immediately after moving out if everything is in order with the apartment.
It is a smoke and pet free apartment.
I'm definitely looking for a person who treats the apartment lovingly as her/his own apartment and adheres to the house rules. (No noise at night especially between 10pm-6am, etc.)
More pictures on request or a visit in advance would also be possible. :)
