Ich werde meine schöne gemütliche Wohnung für folgende Zeitperioden untermieten:

9 - 20 Dezember
23 - 30 Dezember
(Überbrückung der Periode auch möglich!)

Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Berlin, nahe Rosenthaler Platz und Hackescher Markt. Die Umgebung ist voll mit tollen Restaurants und Cafés, und Steinwurf entfernt von mindestens zwei der wichtigsten U-Bahnlinien (U8, U2). Es ist eine Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung mit extra Schlafetage, daraus ergibt sich Platz für bis zu 4 Personen oder 2 Paare. Ich würde die Wohnung aber für eine Person oder ein Paar empfehlen, wegen Platz und Komfort. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete Küche und Internetzugang, Kabel-und Wireless LAN. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden.

I am subletting my cosy flat for the following periods:

9 - 20 December
23-30 December
(It is also possible to combine the two periods!)

It is perfectly located in the center of Berlin, near Rosenthaler Platz and Hackescher Markt (Zehdenicker Str. 20, 10119 Bln). It is surrounded with chic and nice restaurants and cafés, and close to at least two of the main metro lines. It is a one bedroom flat with a sleeping loft as well, so it could technically room up to 4 people or 2 couples, though I would recommend one person or one couple for the sake of space and comfort. The flat has a kitchen equipped with nice utensils, internet access, both cable and Wifi. Bed linen and towels will be provided on the spot.
