I am looking for a subtenant for my lovely studio in Reinickendorf.
My flat is located in a residential area, so it is quiet.
Although it isn’t located in middle of Berlin, but it is very close to Wedding area. Also the transportations are closeby. So, it is good to go to other places.
U8 : 10mins by foot
U6 : 15mins
S25 : 15mins
Bus : 3mins
Supermarket : 5mins(Netto), 10-15mins(Edeka, Aldi, Rewe, Kaufland, dm… etc)
There is a park directly connected to the building , and there is also Schillerpark about 15 minutes away.
It is good for walk on a sunny day, and it is also suitable for those who have pets.
I also go for a walkwith my dog to the park around the flat everyday, and meet other neighbors who have pets as well!
The size of flat is about 40 m2, which is suitable for people who live alone or a couple.
It is equipped with a bathroom with a bathtub, a bed (200*140), a balcony, an oven, a washing machine, and a refrigerator.
The period is until end of December(31.Dec.23) from now.
However, I request that those who will be staying at my place to take care of the plants and check the post box.
