Wir vermieten eine Wohnung für 1-2 Person (nur für NR), möbliert, mit Mietvertrag und Anmeldung erst für max 14 Monaten. Eine Verlängerung ist möglich, aber nicht für den Preis garantiert. Die Kündigung ist jederzeit möglich. Die Kündigungsfrist ist 20 Tage zum Monatsende oder nach Vereinbarung.

Der Preis bis 2 Person ist 900,00 Euro, excl. Strom. Der Strom wird laut Zählerstand abgerechnet. Im Mietvertrag werden Stromtarifdaten stehen.

Die Kaution ist 1000 € und Sie bekommen die Kaution zurück am Tag des Auszuges.
Eine SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) -Auskunft und andere Papiere sind NICHT notwendig.
MIT ANMELDUNG ( Aus Erfahrung fast in jeder Nachfrage steht die Frage!)

The flat ist to rent for 1-2 Person (only for non-smoker) to max 1.11.2023. More is possibe, but you have today in 9/2022 not garantie for the time after 1.11.2023 for same price.

OR we pay for electro and take + 50,00 € in advance. The electric counter is in the flat. You can see the tarif for control.

With contract and ANMELDUNG (registration) by Bürgeramt. ALL LEGAL.
The deposit is 1000,00 Euro, come back in the last Day (day of your moving).
We need not your "SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) ".
You can by visit sign the contract, pay and take the keys, stay in the flat.
