Da ich im November nicht in Berlin sein werde, möchte ich gerne meine Wohnung untervermieten.
Die kleine aber feine Bude liegt genau auf der Grenze zwischen Reinickendorf und Wedding (Mitte) und mir sehr am Herzen. Daher würde ich den Untermieter oder die Untermieterin bitten, sehr sorgsam mit ihr umzugehen.
Ein kleiner Balkon bietet einen angenehmen Ausblick über Bäume und geziegelte Dächer, die Nachbarn sind nett, die Straßenbahn fährt gleich um die Ecke (M13, 50, Luise-Schröder-Platz) und der U-Bahnhof Osloer Str. (U8, U9) ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten überall, Späti gibt es auch!
Eine Waschmaschine habe ich leider nicht, aber ein günstiger Waschsalon ist ca. 10 Min. Fußweg entfernt.
W-Lan vorhanden!
Die Wohnung ist mittlerweile wohnlicher als auf den Bildern. :D
Um einen Gefallen würde ich dich bitten: Pflanzen gießen wäre super! Sind auch nicht viele..

Since I'll be away in November I would like to sublet my apartment.
My "klein but fein" place is located right on the border between Reinickendorf and Wedding. It is very dear to me, so I'd be pleased if you took good care of it..
The little balcony has a nice view over red roofs and trees, neighbours are friendly, tram-line is around the corner (M13, 50, Luise-Schröder-Platz) and the U-Bahn (Osloer Str. U8, U9) is a 5 minute walk away, supermarkets everywhere and even a late-shop.
I dont have a washing machine, but there is a washing-parlor about a 10Min walk away.
Wi-Fi: Yes
Condition is now more cozy than on the pictures.
One favour you'd have to do me: watering the flowers would be fantastik! It's only a few..
