I am looking for replacement tenant (either single person or a couple) for an apartment of 31m2 size which was completely refurnished in 2021 consisting of a room, en-suite bathroom, and a kitchen unit in the building in Breite Straße 42B, 14199 Berlin.
It is also equipped with a bed (120 x 200 cm), a desk & chair, a dining table with two chairs and a large wardrobe. You have your own bathroom and kitchen with a stove and fridge. Here, too, you can get some fresh air on your own balcony.
The monthly total gross rent is €979 (all-inclusive: electricity, utilities, gas, Wifi)
Requirements:
1. You are either a young professional(s) or student(s). If you are a young professional your work contract is required. If you are a student your student confirmation is required.
2. You are required to pay a deposit of 2 months rent: €1958 and a one-time service fee of €250 to the landlord and the first-months rent (with the beginning of your tenancy).
My apartment room is in a private student accommodation situated only few minutes away from Heidelberger Platz, Berlin with convenient bus and train links. It is one of the greenest and coolest area with great cafes, bars, restaurants, shops in Berlin and offers you a green oasis away from the noisy hustle of the capital. My room is fully furnished and inside the rent are utilities, internet, common spaces and a house manager service.
Please note any interested party should be either a student, a (young) professional, where you can move in upon presentation of a work contract. If you are a student, please prove that you are enrolled at an educational institution (university, college, language school, training centre, etc.). Internships are also permissible.
Please be advised, I am looking for a tenant who can commit until 30.09.2024. Extensions to your tenancy are possible after this date as well with the landlord.
