Hallo! Ich bin Lily, 22 Jahre alt und studiere Journalismus. Ich vermiete meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung vom 01.09. bis 31.12., während ich ein Auslandssemester in Madrid verbringe. Meine Wohnung ist 20,38 qm groß, hat einen kleinen Balkon, auf dem ein Tisch und 2 Stühle Platz finden und eine Küche mit einem Minibackofen. Ich bezahle warm mit Strom, Internet usw. 562 Euro monatlich, eventuell könnte es etwas weniger werden, ich bin gerade dabei, meinen Stromtarif zu wechseln. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung im 6. Stock (Es gibt einen Aufzug!) und es ist meist sehr sonnig, wen das stört, kann einfach die Rollläden runterziehen :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der Grenze von Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf und Schöneberg. Direkt neben dem Gebäude befindet sich ein Aldi, direkt hinterm Gebäude ein Park und sowohl Bus, Ringbahn und die U9 und U4 sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar (5-7 Minuten). Es gibt hier viele Restaurants, Imbisse und Cafés in der Strasse und eine Apotheke. Man ist also mit den wichtigen Dingen schnell versorgt :)
