the flat is located on the top floor of an Altbau building, newly renovated. The windows are facing south, so it's super sunny and bright all day.
It has a separate bathroom and an open kitchen area with a kitchenette.
I don't have a washing machine, there's a washing salon nearby.
WiFi is of course available.
The location is right in the center of Schöneberg in Akazienkiez where you can find different restaurants, small coffee places, park areas and all the necessary shops and stores. It's 200m by foot to U Kleistpark and 600m to S Julius-Leber Brücke.
please only apply for this flat if you're a responsible, calm and clean person who's looking for a space in the city to calm down and rest, not to throw parties.
Also I'd prefer someone who's following a vegan lifestyle, at least vegetarian.
You should have a green thumb and be able to take good care of my plants and the place in general.
For now I'm renting out the flat until the 25th of May since I'm away traveling, I might be away longer, so maybe an extension will be possible.
Please only apply if you're able to stay for the whole time of April and May.
