Ich bin Ende Nov und Anfang Dez kurz weg und meine Wohnung steht leer. Sie ist nur ein Zimmer aber der Raum ist sehr groß, hell, mit neuem Sofa, mit Fernseher und natürlich mit einem Bett.
Die Küche kommt mit allen gewöhnlichen Geräten (Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Herd, Ofen, Toaster) aber leider gibt es keine Spülmaschine.
Badezimmer mit Dusche gibt‘s natürlich auch.
Du kannst gerne mal vorbeikommen oder per Skype/WhatsApp Video Call anrufen :)

I’m away for a few weeks at the end of the month and would gladly rent my place out rather than have it stay empty. It’s just a one room flat, but it’s big and bright with a nice new sofa and TV. And a bed, of course.
The kitchen has the usual bits to it - washing machine, cooker, fridge. I sadly don’t have a dishwasher though.
The bathroom has a shower.
You can gladly come over and see the place or give me a call on WhatsApp or Skype.

Right next to Südkreuz station with a lot of connections there.
It’s on the Red Island (Rote Insel) which is a beautiful part of Schöneberg.
