Bevorzugt werden Bewerber, die sich für die gesamte Dauer der 3 Monate entscheiden
Eine Verlängerung der Daten ist nicht möglich, da es sich um sehr spezifische Daten handelt, an denen ich außerhalb der Stadt umziehe und in die Stadt zurückkomme.

Ein gültiger Einkommensnachweis ist erforderlich, da ich nicht in die unangenehme Situation geraten möchte, jeden Monat Miete zu beantragen
Sauberkeit ist wichtig und ich erwarte zumindest, dass der Mieter die Wohnung am Ende der Mietzeit zu sehr ähnlichen Konditionen zurückgibt

Nov 2023 : 25th to 30th (6 days)
Dec 2023 : 1st to 31st (whole month)
Jan 2024 : 1st to 31st (whole month)
Feb 2024 : 1st to 26th ( 26 days)
Preference to seekers opting for the whole duration of the 3 months
Extension of dates is not possible as these are very specific dates when I am moving outside of the city and coming back to the city.

Ideal Candidate Requirements :
Suitable for only single persons as the apartment is small
Valid Proof of Income is required as I do not want to get into an awkward scenario of requesting rent every month
Cleanliness is important and I at the least expect the tenant to return the apartment at very similar conditions at the end of the tenure
