OG des ruhigen Seitenflügel gelegen, aber bekommt mittags viel Sonne ab, da der Hof zur Südseite hin offen ist. Im Sommer kann man problemlos mit offenem Fenster schlafen und ist dennoch mitten in der Stadt. Schöne Kiezlage nahe U7 Kleistpark. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, Bettwäsche und Handtücher können gestellt werden. Die Miete beeinhalted alle Nebenkosten. Perfekt, um den Sommer in Berlin zu verbringen!

The flat is located in a historic, quiet building, but gets a lot of sunshine at noon. Nice and busy neighbourhood with lots of cafés and restaurants near U7 Kleistpark. The flat is fully furnished, bed linen and towels can be provided. Rent includes all expenses.
