It is a good size for one person and it is a studio apartment.
Note that the sublet period is starting 1st April 2024 until 11 June 2024.

The flat is furnished with all necessary things and I will leave it as below,
- 1 room with a double bed, table, chairs, closet, drawers, shelves etc.
- A Kitchen equipped with oven, stove, refrigerator, plates/pots/utensils for cooking.
- Bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine for laundry.
- Balcony with a table and two chairs to sit out.

Es hat eine gute Größe für eine Person und ist ein Studio-Apartment.

The address is Bayerischer Platz 12B, in Schöneberg. It is right next to the Bayerischer Platz park, and the entrance to U7 & U4 Bayerischer Platz. Super convenient with connection to public transportation. The building does not face to any streets so it is quiet and nice to sit out in the balcony. There are groceries like Edeka, Bio Company, and Penny, in 5 minutes walking distance. The Rudolf-Wilde-Park, perfect place for jogging is in 8 mins walking distance.
Die Lage ist Bayerischer Platz 12B, in Schöneberg. Es liegt direkt neben dem Park Bayerischer Platz und dem Eingang zur U7 und U4 Bayerischer Platz. Super praktisch mit Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Da das Gebäude nicht auf eine Straße ausgerichtet ist, ist es ruhig und man kann angenehm draußen auf dem Balkon sitzen. Lebensmittelgeschäfte wie Edeka, Bio Company und Penny sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Rudolf-Wilde-Park, ein idealer Ort zum Joggen, ist in 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
If you are interested, contact with a short introduction of yourself including what do you do, why do you need the flat in Berlin, if the renting period and the rent is suitable for you. 1000€ is all inclusive rent per month and deposit is 1000€. For the last days in June until 11th the rent is 366 euro.
You should be able to bring the papers as below, when you visit the flat.
- a copy of ID( passport if you are not German and residence permit.)
- a job contract with proof of income.
An online viewing is not possible and I will only invite people who can make time for personal viewing.

Sie sollten in der Lage sein, die unten aufgeführten Papiere bei Ihrem Besuch in der Wohnung mitzubringen.

Eine Online-Besichtigung ist nicht möglich und ich werde nur Personen einladen, die sich Zeit für eine persönliche Besichtigung nehmen können.
