Ich möchte mein Appartement für den Rest des Monats untervermieten. Das Appartement ist voll möbliert mit Bett (120x200), Schreibtisch, TV, Schränken, Stühlen etc. Es gibt eine kleine Kochnische mit Herd und Kühlschrank. Das kleine Bad im App. mit Waschbecken und WC hat keine eigene Dusche. Es gibt aber zwei separate und abschließbare Außen-Duschen auf dem Flur, die wöchentlich gereinigt werden. Es befindet sich eine Waschmaschine (1,80€) und Trockner 0,7€)im Keller. Im Mietpreis sind alle Nebenkosten (Strom, Heizung, Wasser, Internet) enthalten.

Lage: In der Nähe vom Rathaus Schöneberg / Insbucker Platz. Nur 2 Min. zu Fuß zum Volkspark Schöneberg und zur U4, 5 Min. zur U7 und ca. 8 Min zur Ringbahn.

Hello.
Flat: Situated on the second floor to a large and green backyard, with balcony and windows to the east. Until about 1 pm, the sun shines into the apartment and it's always very quiet. The flat has laminate floring. The apartment does not have its own shower. But there are two separate and lockable showers in the corridor, which will be cleaned weekly. The apartment is fully furnished: bed (140x200), desk, TV, hi-fi system, various chairs, cabinets, refrigerator, extra mattress, etc. There is a washing machine (1.80 €) and a dryer (0.70 €) in the basement. The rent includes all extras like electricity, heating, water, internet.

Location: Near the Rathaus Schöneberg / Insbucker Platz. Only 2 min. walk to the Volkspark Schöneberg (a nice jogging park) and U4, 5 min to U7 and about 8 minutes to the circle line (S41/42, ring rail. It's close to Kreuzberg, Mitte and Charlottenburg.
