Ich suche ein Nachmieter für meine 1 Zi. Wohnung am Langenschiedtstr. 2 (schöneberg) ab 01. Dec. 2011. Die wohnung liegt am 5 OG. in Hinterhaus. Die ist ausreichend möbiliert mit was man für alltags brauchst, (einen Schrank, eine Couch, ein Buchregal, einen Kuhlschrank, einen Fernseher, Waschmachine, einen Ofen und einen Esstisch mit Stühle). Ich suche jemand der auch meine Möbel ubernimmt aber das wird nicht teuer. Die Wohnung is gut geteilt; also ein grosses Zimmer eine kleine Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche. Die Wohnung liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig, fast direkt neben U Bahnof kleistpark und ca. 5 minute von S bahnof Yorckstr. Trotz die lage die ist ganz Ruhig.

Für Hausverwaltung braucht man die unterlagen wie Schuffa Auskunft, Einkommens Nachweis und Hinweis von vorherigen Vermieter für Mietebezahlung. Bitte melde dich per SMS wenn du weiter intresse hast um ein Besichtigungstermin zu vereinbaren.



I am looking for someone to rent 1 room apartment at Langenschiedtstr. 2 (schöneberg) from 01. Dec. 2011. The Apartment lies at 5th Floor in the rear house. It is sufficiently furnished with mostly what one need for daily life. i.e. there is a couch which can be used as bed too, a cupboard, a bookshelf, a TV, a Washmachine, a dining table with chairs, a refrigrator, an Oven with gas fired burner. The furniture must be taken by the new renter, but we could agree to a common price. The Apartment comprises a big room, a small kitchen and a Bathroom with Shower. It lies central in Transport network, close to U Bahnof Kleistpark and 5 min from S Bahnof Yorckstr. Despite its central location, the Apartment is quite calm.
