The location of this apartment is increadible - 1 minute walk from Wittenberplatz, Ku'damm (Berlin's main shopping streed) and the KaDeWe. The address is Lietzenburgerstrasse no. 1. Access to public transport is excellent, 2 minutes walk to U1, U2, U3, and U4. It's a two minute walk to Nollendorfplatz, a 7 min walk to Zoologicher Garten station, from which you can get to other cities and to the airport.
The building is new and the apartments feels like a hotel room. There's an elevator and a friendly concierge sits at the entrence. The front door opens with an electrical key.
The apartment is completely renovated, there's a brand new 42" LED screen (a blue ray device will be added soon). It has WiFi, and a very equipped kitchen, including a stove, a drefrigerator and a dishwasher, all brand new. There's also a balcony you can enjoy.
The bed is extremely comfortable and is also quite big (180X200) The sofa opens up to a comfortable double bed.
Price is 280 Euro for this week. All bills included (gas, heating, internet, electricity, etc) and it's 20 Euro for cleaning
