Hello everybody,
I rent on a 12 month basis a great sunny flat in the heart of Schoeneberg, close to everywhere (Winterfeld market place, Kleistpark, Ubahn Eisenacherstr. or Nolendorfplatz, KDW, Potsdamerplatz...).
It's on the 4th and last floor (NO ELEVATOR) of the garden side house, then very quiet.
Internet, kitchen appliences (washing machine, oven etc ...) are provided.
There are one sofa bed and one double bed, then you can have guests.
It is destinated to new comers in Berlin.
Please note that for 2 perpetual persons, the rental is 750 euros per month.

The Goltzstrasse is the heart and the best part of one of the most famous ''Kiez" of Berlin ; once you get there, you never want to leave, this is at least my case :-)
And Schoeneberg itself is the real geographical center of Berlin, between East and West, right under the Tiergarten ; from here, you go everywhere easily !
Duration of the stay will be previously discussed and then contractualy framed.
It may be reconducted ONCE under some conditions.
Any question, please feel free to ask, I don't bite !
PS : if you like, the previous tenant will be happy to exchange with you about the quality of the flat and the greatness of the district (and the kindness of the landlord !).
French, English, German, Japanese and Italien are (more or less) talken, but we should make it!

As the flat has been rented since 2 years, its curent state shall differ from pics taken at the begining of the lease but I will do my best to bring it back to initial quality !!! :-)
