U9 and U7 and bus station are only 5 min. walk away. The Kudamm with amazing shopping opportunities is only 15 min. walk away. Great grocery shopping possibilities in the little mall Prager Passage including coffee shops and restaurants only 5 min. walk from the house.
The apartments is fully equipped and furnished. The kitchen has an oven, sink, a little fridge and all cooking necessities and plates etc. The apartment has a washer, WiFi and cable TV with a flat screen TV. Great parking possibilities around the house.
The place is designated for NON SMOKERS ONLY and is perfect for someone, who likes to live close to the main attractions but still prefers a quiet and green place. PhD students and trainees are very welcome as the main libraries are only 15 min away.
