Este espacioso estudio de 50m2 tiene un carácter especial, con suelo de panque y estuco. Está situado en el „Julius-Leber-Brücke“, junto al Kleistpark y “Kaiser-Wilhelm-Platz” con su famoso “Akazienstrasse”.
Metro/ Supermercados: a 100 m. Todos los tipos de autobuses y S-Bahn/Underground están a 2 min a pie.

El apartamento está situado en el segundo piso y es muy tranquilo ya que no se enfrenta a la calle (está en el patio trasero), por lo que tiene una bonita vista con árboles y verde.

My apartment is the perfect home for your discovery of whole Berlin. Right in the heart of Berlin – Schöneberg, probably the nicest neighbourhood in town!

This spacious 50m2 Studio has a special character, with pank floor and stucco. It is ideally situated on „Julius-Leber-Brücke“, next to the Kleistpark and „Kaiser-Wilhelm-Platz“ with his famous „Akazienstrasse“.
Subway/ Supermarkets: 100 m away. All kinds of busses and S-Bahn/Underground are in 2 min walking distance.

The apartment is situated on the second floor and is very calm as it doesn’t face the street (it is in the backyard), so you have a nice view with trees and green.

Entirely renovated and modernized the apartment is comfortable, furnished and very cosy. In the room there are one double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and one bed-sofa (160x200 incl. matress). The bathroom with a tube is modern and new.
