Hallo!
Da ich sehr kurzfristig mit meinem Freund zusammengezogen bin, jedoch erst Ende März aus meinem alten Mietvertrag herauskomme, vermiete ich mein kleine, aber gemütliche Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung in Schöneberg für Februar&März 2018.
Die Wohnung ist bereits weitgehend leer, bis auf einige wenige Accesoires (z.B. Spiegel im Flur, Lampen und Gardinen - das Gerümpel ist weg), und verfügt über einen eigenen Balkon. Es gibt eine kleine Küchenzeile (Kochplatte und Waschnische lasse ich stehen) und eine eigene Toilette im Apartment. Wichtig: Die Dusche befindet sich zur Gemeinschaftsnutzung auf dem Flur, ist aber abschließbar und nur acht Mieter teilen sich je zwei Duschkabinen. Sowohl Duschen als auch das Haus werden mehrmals wöchentlich gereinigt.
WLAN, Strom und sämtliche Nebenkosten sind im Gesamtpreis von 350 EUR enthalten.

I have already moved in with my boyfriend but can't get out of my old contract before end of March, so I'm sub-letting my small, but cozy studio-apartment in February & March 2018.
The apartment is essentially empty, except for a few amenities such as a lobby mirror, lamps and curtains (the trash is luckily already gone), and has a sunny balcony for your convenience. There is a small kitchenette and a bathroom with sink and toilette. Please be aware that the apartment has an external shared shower, but it's right across the floor from the apartment and only eight tenants share two shower cabins. The showers are secure and you can lock them, of course. Both the house as well as the showers are cleaned several times a week.
Wifi, electricity and all utility bills are included in the total cost of 350 EUR.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr guter Lage. Fußläufig sind mehrere U-Bahn-Linien (U4, U7 und U9) sowie Busse (104 und M46) erreichen. In weiterer Umgebung befindet sich darüber hinaus die S-Bahnhöfe Schöneberg und Innsbrucker Platz, für einen leichten Anschluss an die Ringbahn. Zahlreiche Supermärkte, Läden, Bäckereien, Cafes und Restaurants sind ebenfalls zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum Entspannen lädt der Volkspark Schöneberg direkt vor der Tür ein.

The apartment is very well connected to public transport. You can reach several metro lines (U4, U7 and U9) as well as bus lines (104 and M46) on foot. A little further away are S-Bahn stations Schöneberg and Innsbucker Platz, so you also have easy access to the ring line. You will find plenty of supermarkets, convenience shops, bakeries, cafes and restaurants in walking distance from the apartment.
Die Wohnung kann auch für einen Teilzeitraum (z.B. einen Monat) angemietet werden.
Sofern ein WBS für eine Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung vorhanden ist, kann die Wohnung im Anschluss eventuell dauerhaft übernommen werden. Leider kann ich das nicht garantieren und die Hausverwaltung hat sich bisher nicht sehr kooperativ gezeigt.

You can rent the apartment also for a shorter time period (e.g. one month).
If you have a valid WBS (Wohnberechtigungsschein) for a one-room-apartment, you may be eligible to take over the rental contract permanently afterwards. Unfortunately I can't guarantee this as it depends on the property management's decision.
