I am subletting my second floor, furnished studio flat. In a quiet courtyard building on Crellestr, Schöneberg. A great location for public amenities, and the Akazien-Kiez.
The flat comprises of a living space with minimal furnishings (mattress, table, chairs), a separate, small, fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom with a washing machine.
The flat is available from March for a period of up to six months. Rent is 550 euros all inclusive (electricity, heating, water and wifi) and a deposit of 800 euros is also required. No smoking, loud partying and no pets.

Ich vermiete meine Einzimmerwohnung/ Studio zur Untermiete ab März 2018. Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock eines HH in der wunderschönen Crellestr. in Schöneberg, unweit des Akazienkiez. Die Miete betraegt 550 EUR monatlich. Darin sind Strom, Heizung und WIFI enthalten. Die Kaution ist 800 EUR.
Das grosse Zimmer hat weisse Holzdielen und ist mit einer Matratze, einem Tisch und Stühlen ausgestattet. Die Kueche ist klein aber fein und enthält alles Nötige zum Kochen, Essen und Trinken. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und Waschmaschine.
Rauchen, laute Parties und Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
