One room apartment in the probably nicest street of Schöneberg with cute litte cafés, bars and restaurants, 2 minutes walk to the famous Winterfeldmarkt twice a week.
The apartment located in the Hinterhaus 4th floor is one room (35 sqm) with a bed, kitchen, couch, table and everything you need to keep your clothes.
Important: Date is from 1rst til last of august, while I'm on vacation

Goltzstraße is a beautiful street in the gorgeous "Akazien Kiez". If you google "nice restaurants and bars" in Schöneberg you will find 4 out of 10 in Goltzstraße. The neighbourhood is Berlin untypically clean with lots of familys and young hip peeps :) Winterfeldmarkt (taking place every Wednesday and Saturday) is also around the corner and is just wonderful with cute little food stands of various nationalities. Spending every Saturday morning there - highly recommended!
I'm a non smoker and have a really good relationship to my neighbours and want to keep it hat way. Everyone's really nice and caretaking in the house so would be nice to have someone her like that while I'm away. It's on the 4th floor in the backyard so you won't here any noises from streets.
