Hallo,
ich wohne noch bis Dezember 2021 in einer anderen Stadt und suche für diese Zeit einen netten Untermieter (1 Person). Die Wohnung ist ab 15. Dezember 2020 bis max. Ende 2021 beziehbar, eine kürzere Wohndauer ist auch möglich.
Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss Vorderhaus, ist aber dennoch schön ruhig. Es gibt ein großes Zimmer, ein modernes Bad und eine sehr große Küche mit allen nötigen Geräten und Küchenausstattung. Es gibt keinen TV, aber einen schnellen WLAN-Anschluss. Im Hinterhof gibt es eine gemütliche Sitzgruppe, die mitgenutzt werden darf und im Sommer sehr gemütlich ist.

i live in another city until september 2021 and am looking for a nice subtenant (1 person) for this time. The apartment is available from September 1, 2020 until August 31, 2021, a shorter period of residence is also possible.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the front building, but is still nice and quiet. There is a large room, a modern bathroom and a very large kitchen with all necessary appliances and kitchen equipment. There is no TV, but a fast WLAN connection. In the backyard there is a comfortable seating area that can be used and is very cosy in summer.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer historischen Pflasterstein-Straße im Schöneberger Norden genau zwischen den Stationen Nollendorfplatz und Kleistpark. Fußläufig ist alles zu erreichen was man braucht: Supermärkte, Wochenmärkte (Winterfeldplatz), U-Bahn-Höfe und Busse. Man kommt zu jeder Tageszeit mit den Öffentlichen nach Hause. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 8 Minuten am Potsdamer Platz und in 10 Minuten am Zoologischen Garten. Die Bahnhöfe Kleistpark, Yorckstraße, Nollendorfplatz und Bülowstraße sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Der beliebte Akazienkiez ist direkt ums Eck.

The apartment is located on a historic cobblestone street in the north of Schöneberg exactly between the stations Nollendorfplatz and Kleistpark. Everything you need is within walking distance: supermarkets, weekly markets (Winterfeldplatz), underground stations and buses. You can get home with the public at any time of the day. By bike you can be at Potsdamer Platz in 8 minutes and the Zoological Garden in 10 minutes. The Kleistpark, Yorckstraße, Nollendorfplatz and Bülowstraße train stations are within walking distance. The popular acacia neighborhood is just around the corner.
