APARTMENT
The newly renovated studio apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a well-kept 50s building in the quiet Schwaebische Strasse, with trees on both sides of the building, 47 sq meters big, very bright, oak wooden floors, a sunny balcony, WiFi and is equipped with a couple of original contemporary photographs, paintings and a nice selection of works of international illustrators.
The large room has three windows and a balcony door and offers a lounge area furnished with Danish Design Classics, an area for dining and/ or working and a bedroom area with a comfortable bed (140 x 200cm). Linen are provided.
The kitchen has daylight and is fully equipped with oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso machine, water boiler, toaster (all of high quality brands) and a table with two 60s armchairs from Italy.
The daylight bathroom is furnished with a WC and a bath tub. Towels are provided.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
A very green area with sidewalk cafés, restaurants, bars, small clothing boutiques, book and magazine stores, organic supermarkets, late-night shops and the lovely Winterfeldt farmer’s market just around the corner.
By foot you can easily reach Berlin’s City West, KaDeWe, the galleries in Potsdamer Strasse, Akazienstrasse, Viktoria-Luise-Platz and much more.

The neighbourhood is very safe.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
It’s a 5 minute’s walk to the U-Bahn station Eisenacher Strasse. The U 7 line leads directly to Gleisdreickpark, Kreuzberg and Kurfürstendamm. By taxi it takes 10 minutes to Berlin Hauptbahnhof, 15 minutes to International Tegel Airport (TXL) and 20 minutes to Schoenefeld Airport (SXF).
