Biete befristet (von 15. Mai bis 15. November) meine geräumige Einzimmerwohnung an. Sie ist sehr ruhig und hell, da im Seitenflügel und 5.OG (leider ohne Aufzug). Der Park am Gleisdreieck, U-Bahn-Linien 1 und 2, die M48 und M85 sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür.
Die Wohnung ist größtenteils möbliert. Lediglich das Bett fällt etwas auseinander und auch die Matratze ist mehr als 10 Jahre alt, sodass es wohl am günstigsten wäre, lediglich ein eigenes Bett mit Matratze mitzubringen. Ansonsten ist alles weitere (inklusive Wasch- und Spülmaschine) vorhanden. Alles persönliche nehme ich natürlich mit bzw. bringe die im Keller unter.
Mietkosten: 610 Euro plus 140 Euro für Strom, Internet, GEZ und Möbel. Eine Kaution in Höhe einer Warmmiete (750 Euro) ist fällig bei Einzug. Nur mit Untermietvertrag - eine Kopie des Mietvertrages kann gerne in den Anhang, ich mache keinen Gewinn bei der Untervermietung.

Nice and spacious 1br apt. Very quiet and bright located in the backyard of a beautiful old Berlin building (on the 5th floor, unfortunately no elevator). The nicest park (Gleisdreieck), metro lines 1 and 2, busses M48 and M85, and shopping facilities are just around the corner.
The apartment is furnished, just the bed is falling to pieces and the mattress is quite old, so it would be best if you could bring a bed only. I will take out my personal stuff of course, so you have enough space for storage.
Rent is: 610 Euro plus 140 Euro for electricity, internet, GEZ and furniture. A deposit in the amount of a warm rent (750 Euro) is due upon moving in. Only with a subletting contract - a copy of the rental contract can be attached, I do not make a profit on subletting.
