Hallo, ich bin Teresa und möchte meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Berlin Schöneberg für 6 Monate (03.10.2023 - 31.03.2023) untervermieten. Gegebenenfalls auch bis Ende April 2024. Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert und ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht (außer einer Spülmaschine): Waschmaschine, Schreib-/Esstisch mit 3 Stühlen, 1,40m Bett, Couch, W-LAN, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, Badewanne. Natürlich werde ich meine persönlichen Sachen wegräumen, sodass du genug Platz hast.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer, einer kleinen separaten Küche, einem kleinen Flur, einem Bad und einem Balkon. Sie ist sehr hell und perfekt für eine Person.
Wichtig: Bitte lesen!
* Keine Anmeldung: Es ist nicht möglich, deinen Wohnsitz während der Zwischenmiete unter der Adresse meiner Wohnung zu melden.
* Parties, Haustiere, Rauchen in der Wohnung sind nicht erlaubt!

Hello, I am Teresa and I would like to sublet my 1-room apartment in Berlin Schöneberg for 6 months (04.10.2023 - 31.03.2023). Possibly also until the end of April 2024. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped and has everything you need (except a dishwasher): Washing machine, writing/dining table with 3 chairs, 1,40m bed, couch, wifi, a well-equipped kitchen, bathtub. Of course, I will put away my personal stuff so you have enough space for clothes etc.
The apartment consists of a bedroom/living room, a small separate kitchen, a small hallway, a bathroom and a balcony. It is very bright and perfect for one person.
Important: Please read!
* No registration: it is not possible to register your residence during the interim rental at the address of my apartment.
* Parties, pets & smoking in the apartment is not allowed!
* I rent the apartment only to one person

Wichtiger Hinweis: Die Kartenansicht bei WG-Gesucht schein nicht zu funktionieren und zeigt die Wohnung in einer völlig falschen Gegend an. Die Wohnung liegt in Berlin Schöneberg zwischen Südkreuz und Julius-Leber-Brücke.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer schönen und ruhigen Straße in Berlin Schöneberg. Du hast in unmittelbarer Nähe alles was du brauchst: Ein paar Bars, Cafes, Supermärkte, Fitnessstudio, Post, Restaurants etc. und man hat trotzdem genug Ruhe. Umgeben von Neukölln und Kreuzberg ist man aber auch ganz schnell dort wo mehr "los ist". Du bist hier sehr gut mit Ringbahn, S-Bahn und Bus angebunden.

You have everything you need around you: A few bars, cafes, supermarkets, gym, post office, restaurants etc. You are very well connected here with Ringbahn, S-Bahn and Bus. To the main station, Friedrichshain or Berlin Mitte you need about 25 minutes.
