The flat is clean and bright, has big windows with the view of big trees outside.
It is a good size for one person because it is a studio apartment, means no other room other than you see on the photo.
There is no extra Arbeitszimmer so it's not possible to have a home office.
Note that this Sublet is for 4 months starting 1st December 2022.
The rent term is not negotiable, not possible to extend.
The flat is furnished with all necessary things and I will leave it as below,
- 1 room with a double bed, table, chairs, closet, drawers etc.
- Kitchen equipped with oven, stove, refrigerator, plates/pots/utensils for cooking.
- Bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine.
- Balcony with a table and two chairs to sit out.

The address is Bayerischer Platz 12B, in Schöneberg. It is right next to the Bayerischer Platz park, and the entrance to U7 & U4 Bayerischer Platz. Super convenient with connection to public transportation.
The building does not face to any streets so it is quiet and nice to sit out in the balcony.
There are groceries like Edeka, Bio Company, and Penny, in 5 minutes walking distance.
The Rudolf-Wilde-Park, perfect place for jogging is in 8 mins walking distance.
If you are interested, contact with a short introduction of yourself including what do you do, why do you need the flat in Berlin, if the renting period and the rent is suitable for you. 850€ is all inclusive rent per month and deposit is 850€.
You should be able to bring the papers as below, when you visit the flat, sending it via online in advance is not necessary.
But please state in the message if you are ready with the papers, do not waste our time to contact if you cannot provide,
- a copy of ID( passport if you are not German and residence permit.)
- a job contract with proof of income. If freelancer proof of sufficient income flow and any mean to proof the financial stability.
- any other positive documents that can assure you are a good tenant will be welcome but not obligatory.
I don't think an online viewing is beneficial so I will only invite people who can make time for person to person viewing.
* I asked Hausverwaltung if Anmeldung is possible, I will update here when I hear back from them.
* No smoker, no pets allowed.
