I'm renting out my 1.5 room apartment with a balcony in Steglitz.
I was the first person that moved in after they completed full renovations so everything is in a very good condition. The neighbors are friendly and helpful and due to the location of the apartment in the back of the house it is super quiet (you can sleep with windows open without noise from the street).

Rooms:
The apartment is split up in a main room with kitchen and living room / home office area and a separate bedroom. The bathroom is small but provides a clean and modern interior.

Connection and Location:
The Schloßstraße is 3 mins away by foot, a shopping hotspot in Berlin. You can find all kinds of shops here, grocery stores are open till 22.00h (10pm). There are plenty of good restaurants and cafes (I can tell you my personal recommendations), also small park areas and cute streets full of old architecture.

Public transport is reachable within minutes. The Bus 282 is driving right in front of the building, and also at Schloßstraße, where you can find the U9 (24 mins to Central Station, 30 mins to Brandenburger Tor). Subway S1 are also close by (16 mins to Potsdamer Platz).
