Ein gefliestes Wannenbad mit Fenster ist mit einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet.
Ein Staubsauger, Bügeleisen/Bügelbrett sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Stromkosten und GEZ-Gebühr müssen vom Mieter selbst bezahlen.

The beautiful kitchen is equipped with built-in furniture, refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, dishes/cutlery and everything you need for daily living.
The bathroom with tub has a window is equipped with a washing machine.

The apartment is available from 01-JUN-2023 and will be rented for 1 year with an option to extend.
Electricity costs and GEZ fee must be paid by the tenant.

An official rental agreement is guaranteed. Registration (Anmeldung) is possible. Deposit: €2250.
