Ich vermiete für mind. zwei Monate ein möbiliertes Zimmer in meiner 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Steglitz, nahe U9 Schloßstr (<5min) und S Rathaus Steglitz (<10min).
Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist ca. 22 qm groß und mit Balkon. Ausgestattet ist es mit Sofabett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, einem zusätzlichen kleinem Tisch und Stühlen, einem IKEA-Sessel und Regalplatz sowie einer Grünpflanze, die nichts gegen einen Schluck Wasser ab und an hat =). Falls Du davon etwas nicht haben willst bzw. selbst etwas mitbringen moechtest, besprechen wir das einfach vorher.
Gemeinschaftsräume sind ein (kleines) Bad mit Badewannendusche sowie eine funktional ausgestattete Küche mit Herd und Backofen ;-) In der Küche steht auch eine Waschmaschine. WLAN ist ebenfalls vorhanden und in den Mietkosten enthalten.
Ich bin derzeit aus beruflichen Gründen normalerweise ausserhalb von Berlin tätig, aber kehre ca. 1x im Monat für ein paar Tage nach Berlin zurück. Daher vermiete ich ein möbiliertes Zimmer der 2-Zimmer-Wohnung nebst Nutzung der Gemeinschaftsräume unter. (Das andere Zimmer bewohne ich, wenn ich in Berlin bin. Ich kündige mich vorher an.)

Subletting a furnished room in a 2-room-apartment, located in the district of Steglitz. The place is conveniently close to U9 Schloßstr (<5min) and S1 Rathaus Steglitz (<10min).
The room-to-let has approx. 22 qm and a balcony. So far, it is equipped with a sofa bed that has a mattress, a wardrobe, a small desk, the indispensable IKEA armchair, an additional small table and chairs, some shelf space and a green plant that occasionally requests water ;-).
The apartment's common rooms are:
- A small bathroom with bathtub that allows to shower,
- A kitchen that is functionally equipped, i.e. stove and oven, electric kettle, toaster and further utensils :)
Also, there is a washing machine and WIFI.
I am subletting my place because my job takes me outside Berlin for a while. I would like to keep one room in this 2-room-apartment to return to Berlin occasionally (usually once a month).
Ruhige Seitenstraße in unmittelbarer Nähe der U9 Schloßstr (<5 Gehminuten) bzw. S1 Rathaus Steglitz (ca. 5-10 Gehminuten) - d.h. gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Zusaetzlich viele Supermärkte, sowie weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Cafés in der Nähe

Nichtraucher-Wohnung. Bevorzugt weiblicher und berufstätiger Untermieter. Keine Party-Location.
Ich lege Wert auf Sauberkeit bzw. würde mich freuen, wenn Du meine Wohnung hüten könntest, während ich weg bin ;-) Kaution in Höhe von 700,-€. (Bei 2-monatiger Miete 350,-€)
Bei Interesse, einfach eine Nachricht schreiben, am Besten mit ein paar Zeilen ueber dich selbst und was Du/Sie in Berlin machst/machen und gern auch mit weiteren Fragen.
90,-€ Nebenkosten beinhalten Internet (WLAN), Rundfunkgebühren und Strom. Letzteres und Heizkosten kann ich auch gerne nach Verbrauch abrechnen, wenn die Mietdauer mehr als 2 Monate beträgt.
Miete bezieht sich auf einen Monat und wird anteilig berechnet für "angebrochene" Monate

I am happy to 'leave' you my place, yet, appreciate if you handle my equipment responsibly + clean up after yourself. Collecting a deposit of 700€ (350€ for a rental period of 2 months). Incidental costs of 90€ include Internet (WIFI) and an estimated amount for electricity - final billing of the latter and heating can be based on usage, if you prefer so. This will reduce the incidental cost and am awaiting my bill this month s.t. I can specify by how much.
Full rent is only due when subleasing the place for an entire month. Otherwise, the rental fee will be calculated proportionally.
