ab 1.1.22 wird meine Wohnung in Steglitz frei, vorerst bis Ende Juli, wahrscheinlich aber auch länger.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr schönen ruhigen Altbau, wurde vor Kurzem komplett renoviert, inklusive neuer Einbauküche, hat 30qm, einen Balkon und ist voll möbliert. High-speed DSL ist vorhanden, sowie Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine etc.. Zudem gibt es ein Kellerabteil und einen Fahrradkeller.
Das Haus an sich ist sehr ruhig gelegen, verkehrstechnisch sehr gut angebunden (nähe U Walther-Schreiber-Platz, S Feuerbachstraße, diverse Busse, Nähe zur Freien Universität..) und hat alle möglichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in fußläufiger Distanz, da das Haus ca. 100m von der Schlossstraße entfernt ist. Der nächste Supermarkt befindet sich im UG des Boulevard Berlin.
In den Nebenkosten sind keine Heizkosten enthalten. Diese werden separat nach Verbrauch abgerechnet, da es sich um eine Elektroheizung handelt.
Die Mietdauer kann je nach Bedarf flexibel ein Monat mehr oder weniger sein.
