Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und hell.
- Es gibt ein 1,40 m breites Bett, ein großes Sofa, einen großen Tisch mit 2 Stühlen, einen Kleiderschrank mit Schubladen und einen Einbauschrank;
- In der Küche gibt es einen Kühlschrank, einen Elektroherd, eine Waschmaschine, mehrere Regale und Utensilien;
- Der Warmwasserbereiter ist elektrisch und die Heizung ist mit Gas.

The flat is suitable for one person, is on the first floor of an apartment building, has 30 square meters, a bathroom with bathtub, a small separate kitchen and a very sunny balcony.
The room is fully furnished and bright.
- There is a 1.40 m wide bed, a large sofa, a large table with 2 chairs, a wardrobe with drawers and a built-in cupboard;
- The kitchen has a fridge, an electric cooker, a washing machine, several shelves and crockery;
- The water heater is electric and the heating is gas.
Anmeldung is not possible
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Steglitz, die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und sicher.
Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Bus, U-Bahn, S-Bahn) sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt, ebenso wie zahlreiche Supermärkte, Geschäfte, Einkaufszentren und Fitnessstudios.
Es gibt auch Parks, in denen man spazieren gehen oder Sport treiben kann.

- Ein guter Kabel- und Wifi-Internetzugang ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
