Ruhige 30m2 Wohnung, Park vor dem Fenster, Nähe Tempelhofer Feld, 5min zur S/U Hermannstraße

My small but nice flat has all you desire: It´s located in a quiet living area, you have a view through an extra large window (2,5m width) on a nice park, a tree is at the side of the window, the birds are singing in the morning and the sun shines through the window heading south. The neighbours are friendly and you only need 10min to walk to the famous Schillerkietz and the Tempelhofer Feld, the best recreation area Berlin has to offer. S-Bahn and Metro (U8) at Hermannstraße are in 10min walking distance or 2min with the bus (M246). With public transport you will get to Alexanderplatz in 30min. Aldi and Lidl are in 3min walking distance, REWE in 10min and Hermannstraße has a shopping center and all kinds of shops, restaurants and cafés.

The bath is small but it has the most important thing: a bathtub (with a shower). The kitchen is also small but it has the most important things: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, stove. I got a fast cable internet connection with flat fee so enough power for binge watching. And last but not least the flat has a huge bed with 200x180cm, retro sofa, a dining table and an empty cupboard you can fill up with your stuff, so it´s completely furnished.
