Ich biete meine schöne und gemütliche 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Tempelhof, Nähe U-Kaiserin Augusta Str. zur Zwischenmiete an, während ich auf Reisen gehe.
Sie ist vom 05. Januar bis Mitte März, mit Option auf Verlängerung bis Mitte April, verfügbar da ich noch nicht genau weiß, wann ich zurückkomme.
Die Wohnung wurde vor meinem Einzug in 2021 neu saniert und hat Dielenboden, ein großes Zimmer mit separater Küche und eine Regendusche im Bad :) Die Warmmiete pro Monat beträgt 850€ und die Kaution 1000€.
Die Wohnung ist etwa 5 Minuten Fußweg von der U6 entfernt. Vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Aldi, DM, Kaufhof, H&M...) und Restaurants sind ebenfalls schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit der U6 ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten beim Mehringdamm und in 20 Minuten bei der Friedrichstraße. S-Tempelhof und das Feld sind nur 2 Stationen entfernt.
