Fully Furnished Flat in Tempelhof from September 1st

Hello there! I have a fully furnished flat available in Tempelhof from the 1st September. The flat would be perfect for a couple, or a single looking for an affordable place to rent on their own. I imagine it would be most suitable for an expat just moved here as the flat includes everything necessary for someone just starting out here in Berlin.

The flat consists of one bedroom, large lounge room, kitchen and bathroom, totalling 50m2. It’s in the back house so beautifully quiet and located on the first floor. It overlooks a garden out the back which you have full access to and also a garden on the front side which is the walkway between the front and the back house.

The flat is located a short 5 minutes walk from Ullsteinstrasse U-bahn on the U6. It is also metres from lots of restaurants and Tempelhofer Hafen which houses stores such as H&M, Deichmann, Media Markt etc. For food and supplies Edeka, Lidl, Penny’s, Kaiser’s and Netto are also all within walking distance.

For walking, jogging and general relaxing close by is the river and also parks. Tempelhof airport is a 1.5km walk or 3 stops away on the U6. The 170 Bus is also located directly opposite which runs 20 minutes to Rathaus Steglitz.

The price for the flat is around 450EUR per month which includes the amount necessary for gas and electricity. A deposit of around 800-850EUR will be required by the landlord as a bond which will be held until you leave. The flat is available on a permanent basis, so no end date.

In addition, I am looking for someone to take the flat fully-furnished so there will be the cost of 700 EUR for all items in the flat. I am willing to negotiate on this price if the person taking the flat takes it as it is and does not require me to paint it.

Items in the flat include a double bed, double fold-out couch, spare single camp bed, all bedding sheets, clothing drawers, clothing closet, study desk, study chair, large book shelf stocked with English books, indoor exercise bike, fitball, kitchen bench, fridge, washing machine, gas cooker, food pantry, cooking utensils and cutlery, dining table and dining chairs. You can also have my outdoor bike, helmet and pump though the bike does need some fixing up.
