Die Wohnung ist ca. 33 qm groß. Ein kleiner Flur trennt Schlafzimmer (ca.13 qm) Bad und Wohnküche (ca. 13 qm) voneinander.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (Pürierstab, Mixer können gerne genutzt werden aber keine Spülmaschine) außerdem befindet sich in der Küche noch eine Schlafcoach die für zusätzliche Gäste genutzt werden könnte.
Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Badewanne zum entspannen!
Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stockwerk, jeden Abend ab ca. 18 Uhr gibt es fantastisches Licht in der Wohnung!

The accommodation is 33 sqm big and is furnished with simple, beautiful elements. Besides to the small floor, there is a kitchen and a bedroom, both sizes are around 13 sqm.
The kitchen includes cutlery,a mixer a fridge and a lot of other stuff so its easy for u to tread urself to nice dinners!
The kitchen which is integrated to the living room contains also a sleeping Coach which could serve two more people.
The bathroom contains a bathtub!

Lage:
Die Wohnung liegt in Nord-Tempelhof, fußläufig zum Viktoriapark, zur Bergmannstraße und zum Flugfeld. Auch die Crellerstraße in Schöneberg, mit tollen Kaffes & Restaurants ist innerhalb 15 Minuten zu erreichen!
Verkehrsanbindung durch U Platz der Luftbrücke, S Julius-Leber-Brücke und S Südkreuz (Ringbahn und S1, S2, S25) und diverse Busse (Bus 140, Bus 104 Haltestelle: Dudenstraße/ Katzbachstraße) wirklich sehr gut!
Die Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen Straße ohne viel Verkehr.
In der Nähe:
5 Minuten zu Rewe und Lidl und zu den kleineren Läden um den Platz der Luftbrücke. Beim Platz der Luftbrücke gibt es Cafés, Eisdielen, Restaurants und Brot&Brötchen die auch sonntags wirklich tolle Croissants machen.
Besonders toll ist auch das Kurhaus Ponte Rose (5 min) was wegen seinem Garten zu meinem Stammkaffe geworden ist.
Sonst bekommt ihr in der Bergmannstraße alles, was das Herz begehrt ;)

The flat is in north Tempelhof, by walk u can reach the viktoriapark, the Bergmannstraße and the Kaiser-Wilhelm-Platz in Schöneberg! The traffic connection is very good (see below).
Supermarkets like Lidl and Rewe are around the corner, as well as Coffes and restaurantds. One of my favourits is the Ponte Rosa (5 min) because of its beautiful garden.
Other shops for cosmetics, icecream and a lot of other stuff are close to the Platz der Luftbrücke!
And if u are looking for great vintage stores and other great shops visit the Bergmannstraße!
There is also the famous Curry 36 and the Mustafas Gemüse Kebab ;)
Hey, wenn euch die Bilder meiner Wohnung gefallen & ihr Lust habt, Ende August für eine Woche einzuziehen dann ruft mich am besten an oder schreibt mir eine E-Mail ()! Falls ihr in Berlin seit, dann könnt ihr gerne vorbei kommen um euch in meiner Wohnung umzusehen - wenn nicht, können wir auch alles weitere am Telefon besprechen!
Für Tage vom 22.- 25. September (nach Absprache kann auch der 21. als Einzugsdatum gelten) hätte ich zusätzlich zu der Miete gerne eine Kaution von 130 Euro. Natürlich stelle ich euch ein Schriftstück darüber aus, dass ihr es gezahlt habt. Auch kann ich euch zu eurer Absicherung, eine Kopie meines Ausweises etc. überlassen.
