Du bist Nicht-Raucher, legst Wert auf ein sauberes zu Hause und benötigst eine Unterkunft für den Zeitraum vom 01.01.24 - 30.04.24 (Verlängerungsoption ggfs. möglich), dann könnte dieses Angebot interessant für Dich sein. Ich vermiete das große Zimmer in meiner 2-Zimmerwohnung während ich auf Reisen gehe, wobei das kleinere Zimmer ggfs. sporadisch von mir oder meiner Familie für einen kurzen Zeitraum genutzt werden kann. Die meiste Zeit wirst Du die Wohnung jedoch für Dich allein haben.
Das angebotene Zimmer befindet sich in einer schönen, gemütlichen und super angebundenen 60 qm Altbauwohnung in Berlin Tempelhof. Dein Zimmer ist 24 m² groß und durch die großen Fenster sehr schön hell. Es verfügt über ein amerikanisches Queensize-Boxspringbett, eine gemütliche Sitzecke, eine Schlafcouch, einen Nachttisch, einen Fernseher mit Kabelanschluss, eine geräumige Kommode mit viel Platz für Kleidung und über genügend Freiraum /Gestaltungsspielraum damit Du es dir gemütlich machen kannst. Im Flur befindet sich ein praktischer, großer Einbauschrank – ehemals als Kleiderschrank von mir genutzt, in dem sich alle großen und kleinen Dinge verstauen lassen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit einem Backofen + Cerankochfeld, einem großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, einem ausziehbarem Esstisch, Pfannen, Töpfen, Tellern und Gläsern etc. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche, Toilette, ein Fenster (welches kürzlich eingebaut wurde) und eine Waschmaschine. Nebenkosten für eine Person sowie Wlan (bis 100 Mbits) sind in dem Mietpreis von 770€ enthalten.

welcome to Berlin and welcome to a cozy, bright 2 bed room apartment (60sqm) that could be yours for the next 4 months (extension might be possible). Please note that I plan to keep the smaller room (13sqm) for myself, in case I or members of my family have to go to Berlin. So basically, you will be having the apartment (47sqm) all to yourself! The room in which you will be staying at is 24m² of size, furnished with a comfy queensize bed with storage space underneath, a night table, a spacious chest of drawers, a clothes rail as well as a small table, a chair and a TV. There is still plenty of space to decorate and furnish the room to your liking. In addition you will find a functional bathroom with a washing machine as well as a fully equipped kitchen. There is also wireless internet (up to 100 Mbits) available in the appartment. The monthly rent of 770€ includes additional costs for one person.
Da sich die Wohnung direkt an der Kaiserin-Augusta U-Bhf Haltestelle befindet, ca. 4 Gehminuten, ist man bestens an das öffentliche Verkehrssystem angebunden. Mit der U6 ist man innerhalb von 2 Stationen an der Ringbahn, in 14 min in der Friedrichstraße (Mitte) oder in 7 min am Mehringdamm (Kreuzberg) oder aber auch in 25 min in der Warschauerstraße (Friedrichshain). Es gibt noch ein paar Buslinien sowie einen Nachtbus, aber mit der U6 ist man meiner Erfahrung nach immer am schnellsten unterwegs.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es fast schon zu viele: In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Lebensmittelgeschäfte u.a. das T-Damm Center welches einen Edeka, Aldi und Rossmann beherbergt, einen Karstadt mit DM, einen Lidl sowie das Einkaufszentrum am Tempelhofer Hafen. In Letzterem gibt es neben einem sehr großen Edeka auch ein, zwei Bio-Läden sowie die üblichen verdächtigen H&M und Co. (Natürlich ist der Tempelhofer Hafen an sich auch einen Besuch wert).
Ca. 2-3 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt befindet sich ein schöner Park, der bei gutem Wetter zum entspannen einlädt. Wer es etwas größer haben möchte, der ist auch innerhalb von 2 Bahnstationen (ca. 1,5 km) am Tempelhofer Feld.
An der Hauptstraße gibt es mehrere Restaurants, kleine Imbisse und auch das ein oder andere sehr gemütliche Café, so dass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei sein sollte.
My apartment is located in Tempelhof. It is the perfect location for those who would like to get a glimpse of the 'authentic' Berlin, yet be in the 'hip' neighborhoods in no time. The subway station Kaiserin-Augusta is just around the corner and can be reached in about 4 mins. From there on you can easily get a ride downtown. Taking the U6 it will take you 14 mins to get to Friedrichstraße (Mitte) (a good starting point for most of Berlin's tourist attractions) or 7 mins to the subway station Mehringdamm where the Bergmannkiez is located (Kreuzberg) or alternatively 25 min to the subway station Warschauerstraße in Friedrichshain known for its lively nightlife. There are also several bus lines close by including one which operates during the night, however judging from my experience you are fastest by using the U6.
There are plenty of (if not too many) grocery stores in the area with the closest one just right around the corner and the others being located in a 5 mins walking distance radius. There is also a big shopping center down the main street at the Tempelhofer harbor (about 7 mins). Along the way to the shopping center are various restaurants where everyone should find something that suits his taste.
Worth mentioning is the newly opened „Tempelhofer Field" which is just two stations or alternatively 20mins by foot away from the apartment. Being a former airport it is now Berlin's newest attraction for recreation as the largest open space of the city. For those who like it a tad closer, there is also a very nice park just around the corner.
