I am renting out my precious little apartment in Berlin Tempelhof from 17. July to around 18. September 2016.
I am a little bit flexible regarding the dates, especially in September.
The apartment: The apartment is 33 square meters, it has a bath room with tub and a little kitchen. There is a washing machine, a dish washer, a blender (for that smoothie in the morning), a rice cooker and a kettle. Basically everything you will need will be there - pots, cutlery and so on. A little table, a big couch and a comfy wing chair, which is perfect for long internet strolls at night. But I can write a lot here - Instead I will upload pictures of the place soon, so you can see for yourself.
The bed is 140 x 200 cm, you will find beddings and linen freshly washed and disinfected.
There is a balcony with a pretty wonderful view from the 6th floor over Tempelhof. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, but you can smoke on the balcony if you like. You can let me know how much storage space you need and I empty out the closet to make room for your things. The house is a bit old but clean and it has a lift (super necessary for the 6th floor!).
The area: The apartment is located between Ringbahn S Tempelhof (750 m) and U6 Alt-Tempelhof (400m) and is therefore very well connected. You can reach just about every part of Berlin within 30 Min max:

Friedrichsstr: 14 Min
Zoo: 19 Min
Mehringdamm: 5 Min
Alexander Platz: 24 Min
Neukölln: 5 Min
Gesundbrunnen: 27 Min
The area is most famous for it’s former airport now park “Tempelhofer Feld”. Great for jogging, skating, cycling or BBQ and beer with friends. You will find four supermarkets in walking distance to the apartment. There are two 24 hour Spätis as well. If you go down two stop you will find the Tempelhofer Hafen shopping mall. When you take a walk South you will find many nice and green places, such as the little park with a pond and duckys swimming on them. It's an area for families and pensioner.
The price: The monthly rent is 450€ + 130€ for utilities, which makes it a total monthly fee of 580€. This includes pretty fast internet (200mbit/s), free calls within German(!) land lines and everything else. The deposit is 600€, refunded at the end of your stay.
Who/what am I looking for: I am looking for someone who is professional, clean and quiet. Someone who respects what this is not an anonymous hostel but my home and treats my things with care.
Note: This is not a party place and not a place to bring too many people. This is mostly due to my elderly neighbours. I am however fine with guests staying over occasionally and I also have a big sleeping couch for you to host a friend, as long as everything stays clean and quiet.
I will be abroad for most of the time but my English speaking friend down the street will be there for you if you need anything. If you are interested, we can meet for a cup of tea in the apartment and you can have a look around. Should you not be in Berlin right now I am also available over Skype and can show you the place over the camera.
