1-room apartment (38m2) in the fith floor to the backyard with a balcony to the south. Its quite and cosy. There is an elevator. The flat is very light full and in winter warm. you don´t need to heat,if the sun shines, because the sun heat it up :)
you could sit in winter outside easely on the balcony if its sunny!
650 Euro/month in total, including heating, energy and wifi. if are the costs for heating and energy to much, you have to pay more afterwards ore get money back.

The flat is central located! Next to Underground U6 walking distance 2 minutes, in 15 minutes you are in U/S Friedrichstraße !
Next to S-Bahn Circle line, walking distance 8 minutes and S-Bahn direct to Airport Schönefeld (30 min.)
Next goes a Bus to the Zoo (20 min.) Close to the apartment is the exairportfield (http://www.visitberlin.de/en/spot/tempelhofer-park)
Easy to go also to Kreuzberg and Neukölln!
Very close to several supermarkets (2 german, 1 turkish, 1 asian), pharmacy, bancs, restaurants, fast food, bakeries. Store for many things (Woolworth)
Libary and parks in walking distance.
