I'm renting my room-studio from the 1st of March until the first of Mai,
5th floor, the room is 19mq, kitchen and bathroom are in common
(there are many!)
Perfect for artists, students and everybody who's going to stay for a while in Berlin to enjoy the city
and live for a while in a creative environment. The dates are flexible.
The studio is located in a quiet place close to the park Tempelhofer Freiheit,
the closest metro is U-bahn, S-bahn Hermannstrasse. (20 min by foot)
The studio is well connected the all night from Hermannstraße or
U-bahn Tempelhof with buses.
It is perfect for everybody who wants to live in Berlin but needs
a quieter environment outside the traffic jam and the busy commercial streets.
The building has two common amazing places, the first (with a restaurant) and the eighth floor
where it is possible to meet and working together to projects.
The 6th floor also has a common living room.
If you are new in Berlin and you're looking for friends,
or simply for people to work with you won't be disappointed.
The environment is pretty international, and the most
common language is english.
This 8 floor building comprehends studios for musicians,
painters, video makers, photographers and so on.
This art-house is in a quiet district and is surrounded by green areas, old and new industries, and by a canal.
Supermarkets (Lidl, Rewe and Aldi) are just 10 min by foot.
Two bus stops connects it to Hermannstrasse and U-Bahn Tempelhof;
they are just in front of the house and they work all night long.
