Th flat is aprox. 40qm big and has everything you need. You have a washing mashine, a bathtub, a little kitchen, a balcony, a table and a couch. The flat doesn't have a bed because the couch is a sleeping couch, so you can use it for both - sitting and sleeping. We currently are sleeping with the mattress on the floor, as we find it more comfortable. We as well will take away the DJ equipment which you can see is placed on the table, so you can use it for eating or working. The balcony is sunny during the day and in the morning, so the main room is really bright and sunny. The wifi is included and you'll have a clothing corner in the hall where you put all you stuff. In generally it's a rustical not luxury flat but with a real berlin attitude and atmosphere. :)
The dates to move are flexible but 3 to 4 weeks stay would be nessecary.
The flat is almost directly at the U-Bahn station Ullsteinstraße (U6). In 3 Station you are at S+U Tempelhof where you'll can take the Ring-Bahn to all different destinations. You there find the Tempelhofer Feld as well. The U6 is as well pretty good to get to Neukölln, Kreuzberg, Mitte etc. Across the street you as well find a big mall with shops like Bio Company, TK Maxx, Nanu Nana, H&M, DM, Edeka etc....On the other side of the street you can find a backery and Netto. So every shop you need is actually right in front of you.
You have an elevator to get to the 6th floor where the flat is located.
